Basis for this position
Storing information on, or gaining access to information held on, a user's terminal equipment requires that user's consent under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, as transposed into Bulgarian law. This site does neither, so the requirement does not arise.
The site consists of static pages. It operates no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, embeds no trackers and carries no advertising. No record of your activity is created, because no mechanism exists by which one could be created.
This is a property of the site's construction rather than a policy applied to it: the pages are compiled HTML files, served as they are. Introducing tracking would require building functionality that does not presently exist.
Information processed by our server
Delivering a page requires receiving a request, so our infrastructure processes the technical information accompanying any web request — the originating network address, the page requested, and the identifying string supplied by the browser. This constitutes ordinary web-server operation. That information is not used to construct a profile, is not combined with information from any other source, and is not disclosed to third parties.
The application is governed separately
The Ydentifi Authenticator application sends no personal data to Ydentifi. Its privacy notice sets out what remains on your device and why none of it reaches us.
Amendment
Should we introduce any facility that stores information in your browser, this notice will be amended before that facility is deployed, and your consent will be obtained before any such storage occurs.
