Terms for using this website.
The commercial agreement is between Ydentifi and the organization deploying it — merchant to merchant. The service relationship with an end user belongs to that organization, not to Ydentifi. There is no standalone service level agreement. Support is provided at the level recorded upon the Order Form; where no support plan is recorded, no response times are committed.
