Website Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which the software is licensed. If you deploy the software, the Terms of Service apply. If you use the authenticator application, the End User License Agreement applies. Neither is affected by this page.
1. Who provides this site
This site is operated by Ydentifi Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria under number 208962261, with its registered office at Todor Aleksandrov No. 46, floor 2, 2700 Blagoevgrad. Contact: business@ydentifi.io.
2. Permission to use the site
You may view, download and print material from this site for your own use, and for the internal purposes of the organisation you act for, including evaluating whether to deploy the software. That permission is revocable and does not transfer ownership of anything.
3. Ownership
The content of this site, including its text, documentation, diagrams, layout and design, belongs to Ydentifi or to its licensors, save where a component is separately licensed. Where a page identifies an open-source licence covering material it presents, that licence governs the material to which it applies.
4. Documentation is descriptive, not contractual
The documentation on this site describes how the software behaves and is intended to be accurate. It is not a specification, a warranty or a commitment as to future behaviour. Features may change between versions. Where this site and an executed agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, security, regulatory or professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.
5. Availability
The site is provided as it is and as available. We do not undertake that it will be continuously available, uninterrupted or free of error, and we may alter, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use this site to commit an offence, to introduce malicious code, to gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or in a manner that impairs its availability for others. Automated retrieval is permitted where it is reasonable in volume and rate and does not degrade the service for other visitors.
Security research is treated differently and is not caught by this clause. Testing conducted in accordance with our Security and Vulnerability Disclosure Policy carries the protection that policy gives, and this clause does not narrow it.
7. Links to other sites
Where this site links to a site operated by someone else, that link is provided for convenience. We do not control such sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. Personal data and cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser — see the Cookie Notice. What we hold about people who buy, deploy or evaluate the software is set out in the Customer & Website Privacy Notice.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of this site or your inability to use it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- intent (*умисъл*) or gross negligence (*груба небрежност*), exclusion or limitation of which is
void under Article 94 of the Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published here is the version that applies to your use of the site at the time you use it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you are habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Otherwise the courts of the Republic of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Language
These terms are made in English, which is the authoritative version. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and in the event of any inconsistency the English text prevails.
