BoringSSL

Distributed inside swift-nio-ssl, which vendors it as CNIOBoringSSL. BoringSSL carries a combination of licences — including the OpenSSL and SSLeay licences, the ISC licence and the Apache License 2.0, depending on the file. The complete notices are reproduced in the vendored sources.

PQClean — ML-DSA-65

The post-quantum signature implementation derives from PQClean and is released into the public domain under CC0. The Keccak and AES routines it uses are likewise public-domain code, credited to their authors in the source files. No attribution is required; it is given so the provenance of the cryptography can be traced.

Not distributed

Used to build and test the software; not present in any released artefact. Listed so their absence above is visible rather than an apparent omission.
