Each account shows a live health dot and, if the service uses them, a one-time code. A 7-day activity log records every request and how it ended.

Who this is for: anyone checking whether an account is set up correctly, looking for a one-time code, removing an account, or reviewing what they recently approved.

Each account carries a live health signal, and the app keeps a 7-day record of every request and how it ended — so you can check an account at a glance, or look back at what you approved.

One-time codes. If a service uses one-time codes, its account row shows the current code. After too many wrong codes in a row, the service locks them. The row then shows “Locked”, and the account’s detail sheet says to ask the service to set up codes again.

Removing an account. Open the account and tap Remove. The app tells the service, then clears the account from this phone. If that fails, the app offers Remove from this device anyway. That clears the account from this phone only. The service is not told, so it still counts this phone toward its limit of 3 until it removes it.
